  • Section 3 Program Training
    • On October 28, 2021 and November 9, 2021, DEO provided a training dedicated to all aspects of implementing a Section 3 program under the new Final Rule, including best practices, compliance, reporting, and looking at sample projects. The presentation is available here.
  • CDBG-DR Subrecipient Income Verification Documentation Best Practices
    • On November 4, 2020, DEO provided a training for CDBG-DR subrecipient income verification documentation best practices. The presentation is available here.
  • Environmental Review for Subrecipient Programs Training
    • On September 29, 2020, DEO provided a training for Environmental Review for Subrecipient Programs. The presentation is available here.
  • CDBG-DR Subrecipient Procurement, Storm Tie-Back, and Uniform Relocation Assistance Training
    • On September 23, 2020, DEO provided CDBG-DR Subrecipient Procurement, Storm Tie-Back, and Uniform Relocation Assistance Training for subrecipients. The presentation is available here.
  • Anti-Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training
    • On June 15, 16 &17, 2021 and July 13, 14, & 15, 2021, HUD's OIG provided a required Anti-Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training for subrecipients to assist in the proper management of CDBG-DR grant funds.
  • Davis Bacon Training
    • On July 20, 2021, The Department of Labor provided a training to DEO Employees on Labor Laws, Davis Bacon Act Compliance, and other related activities.
