    • Informal Non-District List - This is an informal list of various entities that have informed the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity that they are not special districts or, in the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity's opinion, are not special districts within the meaning of Chapter 189, Florida Statutes. The list also contains some old special districts that were dissolved before the Official List of Special Districts existed.
