CONNECT is Florida’s Reemployment Assistance claims system. CONNECT is accessed by different parties using the below login areas:
Claimants Login
- View all of your claim information in one convenient place, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
- Update information anytime – including change of address or phone number.
- Choose the way you receive notifications from us – either electronically or by U.S. mail.
- Establish or cancel payment by Florida Visa® debit card or direct deposit.
- Create or change your PIN (Do not use any portion of your Social Security Number as your PIN)
- Get your claim and payment information, request benefits and print tax forms
- Submit work search contacts – Florida law requires that you contact at least five potential employers each week or receive reemployment services from a CareerSource Center.
Employers Login
- Find your employer information in one convenient place, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
- Respond to all inquiries regarding claimants.
- File a protest against a benefit charge.
- Submit paper files or forms electronically, such as information related to an appeal.
- Choose the way you receive notifications from us – either electronically or by U.S. mail.
- Find your employer information in one convenient place, including whether you have outstanding inquiries, issues to resolve, or appeals-related information to review.
External Employers Login
- For employers without an RA Account number to respond to Notice of Claim Filed UCB-412.
Florida/Non-Florida Agents Login
- Employers doing business outside the state of Florida.
- New employers in Florida who has not yet received an employer account number from the Florida Department of Revenue
Third Party Agents (TPAs) Login
- Performs Reemployment Assistance benefit activities on behalf of an employer.
- Employers must register with DEO.
- Employer grants access to the specific functions for which the TPA is responsible.
- Employers can do this in CONNECT from the Employer home page.
Third Party Representatives (TPRs) Login
- Performs Reemployment Assistance activities on behalf of a claimant during the appeal process.
- TPRs must register with DEO
- Claimant grants access to the specific CONNECT functions for which the TPR is responsible.
- Claimants can do this in CONNECT from the Claimant home page.
