Claimant Wage Credit Post Audit Form UCO-2
In order to verify unemployment compensation claim information, employers should respond to a Claimant Wage Credit Post Audit Form (UCO-2) from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
Respond to Determination Notice of Reemployment Assistance Claim Filed (UCB-412)
Employers are notified if state records indicate they paid an employee wages during the reemployment assistance claim base period or if an employee reported that he or she worked for them since the end of the base period.

REDI Message from the Governor
The newly created Department of Economic Opportunity continues to act as an advocate and coordinator for rural issues and projects that are important to the economic viability of Florida’s rural communities. The Department administers the Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) and leads and coordinates the efforts of state and regional agencies in assisting rural communities.
Rural Definition
Per s. 288.0656 a rural county is defined as a county with a population of 75,000 or less, a county with a population of 125,000 or less which is contiguous to a county with a population of 75,000 or less and any municipality within a county as described above.
Rural Areas of Critical Economic Concern
Rural Areas of Critical Economic Concern (RACEC) are defined as rural communities, or a region composed of rural communities, that have been adversely affected by extraordinary economic events or natural disasters.
Economic Development
The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) contracts with Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI) to market economic development incentives, community development programs and advocacy programs overseen by DEO.
