PIN Reset (RA)

The links below provide local development workforce boards (LWDB) staff with training and the steps to help Reemployment Assistance (RA) claimants reset their personal identifying numbers (PINs).

Claimant Guide (RA)

DEO has introduced multi-factor authentication as part of the RA login process.  The new guide linked below provides step-by-step directions to steer customers through the multi-factor authentication process.

Displaced RA Claimant Desk Aid

In an effort to better serve reemployment assistance claimants, please use the following link to access a desk aid with information on assisting displaced individuals who need help verifying their identity through ID.me to access the reemployment assistance system. As of September 2021, all individuals who are accessing the reemployment assistance must login through a multi-factor authentication process. Part of this process requires individuals to verify their identity through the ID.me authentication software. DEO has found that some claimants may not be able to independently complete this verification without assistance through the ID.me Trusted Referee option. The attached information is intended to provide step-by-step details to CareerSource staff members to best assist displaced individuals who may need assistance with the process and the primary and secondary documentation which may be needed.As a reminder, the RA Help Center is available at FloridaJobs.org/RAHelpCenter for common questions and concerns.

Accessing TOPYX

If a staff member needs to access the TOPYX learning management system to complete Tier One training or other training materials, the Local Workforce Development Board's (LWDB's) Training Coordinator can register the staff member into TOPYX locally. 

DEO has created a guide to help staff who have a user name and password combination to access the TOPYX learning management system. You can download this guide by clicking on the hyperlink below:

Once a staff member has completed the Tier One training curriculum and has prepared to take the the Tier One Certificate Exam, the LWDB's Training Coordinator can complete the Tier One Certificate Exam Request Form and email it to WFSTraining@deo.myflorida.com to register the staff member for the exam.

Training Requests and Feedback

Find training opportunities for Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs), request and reserve training for your group and provide feedback after your training is complete.

Please complete and submit the Training Request Form to request on-line training.

Training presentations include voice-over narration and short quizzes. They are intended to help local workforce boards, contractors and other partners learn about essential workforce concepts while also being exposed to the latest workforce topics. All partners are encouraged to use the training presentations to complement their new hire instruction as a component of their continuing education refresher training. 

One-Stop and Program Support (OSPS) staff can start planning a training presentation using the below Internal Training Planning Document and/or request internal training using the below Internal Training Request Form.
