Rebuild Florida Workforce Affordable Housing Program

Rebuild Florida, in partnership with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (Florida Housing), has launched the Rebuild Florida Workforce Affordable Housing Construction Program. The program provides $140 million for the construction of new affordable workforce housing to help address housing shortages worsened by Hurricane Irma. This funding is awarded by Rebuild Florida and will be administered by Florida Housing. Read More.  

Rebuild Florida Voluntary Home Buyout Program

Reducing the risk of flooding in residential areas is a priority for the State of Florida. Recognizing this, the Rebuild Florida Voluntary Home Buyout Program was created to encourage risk reduction through the purchase of residential property in high flood-risk areas to help reduce the impact of future disasters. Local governments that are within the federal and state designated Most Impacted and Distressed (MID) areas, as shown here, are eligible to apply for funding. Read More.

Rebuild Florida Infrastructure Repair Program

Rebuild Florida has launched the Infrastructure Repair Program with more than $85 million to fund infrastructure restoration and improvement projects in communities impacted by Hurricane Irma. Eligible counties, municipalities, water management districts, and water authorities located in the areas that experienced Hurricane Irma storm damage, as shown here, are eligible to apply for funding. Read More.

Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program

The Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program was launched to make $20 million in funding available to local workforce development boards, educational institutions and technical centers located in the communities most impacted by Hurricane Irma.
