Gov. Scott Visits Boston Whaler During “Fighting for Florida’s Future” Tour

EDGEWATER, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott visited Boston Whaler in Edgewater during his “Fighting for Florida’s Future” tour. Boston Whaler has been manufacturing boats in Florida for over 20 years for customers all over the globe. Two years ago, Enterprise Florida helped the company complete a $10 million expansion that led to the creation of 120 jobs. Boston Whaler has more than tripled in jobs at their Edgewater facility since the end of 2010 and now employs nearly 780 Floridians.
