Expansion Will Create 100 New Jobs in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced that Fay Servicing has chosen Florida as the best location for its new Southeastern regional headquarters. The expansion will create 100 new jobs and invest more than $1 million in the local community. Fay Servicing currently employs nearly 20 Floridians.

Governor Scott said, “I am proud to announce Fay Servicing has chosen Florida as the best location for their Southeastern regional headquarters, which will create 100 new jobs for families in Tampa Bay. This great news shows that Florida’s talented workforce, business-friendly environment, and incredible weather are encouraging more and more job creators to invest in our state. We will continue to do everything we can to help Florida outcompete other states for job wins so we can create more opportunities for our families.”

Founded in early 2008 and based in Chicago, Illinois, Fay Servicing is a diversified mortgage services firm that employs over 500 individuals nationwide. The new positions will pay an average annual wage of $55,130 and include mortgage loan servicing, REO property management, loan boarding, and other roles. Florida is home to nearly 33,000 financial services and insurance firms and their more than 351,000 employees.
