Wagner-Peyser - Federal Legislation
Current Federal Regulation requires that One Stop Career Centers have the capacity to:
- Assist job seekers in finding employment (JOB REGISTRATION);
- Assist employers in filling jobs (JOB ORDERS);
- Facilitate the match between job seekers and employers;
- Participate in a system for clearing between the states; and meet the
work test requirements of the State unemployment compensation law.
