DEO Logo Standards

The following guidelines show the DEO Office of Communications and External Affairs approved standards for consistent use of the DEO logo. Consistent and correct use of the logo as outlined below is important to ensure clear communication and achieve maximum visual impact. In order to achieve that consistency, use of the DEO logo must comply with these guidelines.

• The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity logo is represented in full color.        
• Never apply effects such as drop shadows, stroked outlines, or background glows to "enhance" the logo.    
• The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s primary typeface is Engravers Gothic. Adobe Garamond Pro is used for the word (of) in the logotype.
• Do not re-typeset, rearrange, or alter the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity logo in any way. Maintain consistent presentation of the logo across all communications by using only approved digital art files.
