RESPOND TO NOTICE OF REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE CLAIM UCB-412 ONLINE

Employers must respond to a Notice of Reemployment Assistance Claim (UCB-412) within 20 days of the mailing date printed on the notice. If an employer fails to respond within the 20-day period, they will not be eligible for relief from benefit charges to their account.
