Refund Policy

Refunds are not permitted on the repayment of overpaid benefits. You may repay your overpayment by check or with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.

  1. Print and complete the payment coupon.
  2. Make check/money order payable to Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund
  3. Mail check/money order and completed coupon to Benefit Payment Control, P. O. Drawer 5050, Tallahassee, FL  32314-5050.
