The mission of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is:  To promote accountability, integrity, and efficiency by providing quality audits, investigations, management reviews and technical assistance.

The OIG is committed to aggressively detecting and investigating fraud, management abuse or misconduct in any Agency for Workforce Innovation program or services.

Do you know of actual, potential or suspected instances of fraud, program mismanagement, employee misconduct or management abuse in the operations of Agency programs by grantees, contractors or partners?  If so, the Office of Inspector General would like to know about it.
