Thank you for verifying your identity. Your account in the CONNECT system, the online system for processing Reemployment Assistance claims, is now unlocked. Reset Your PIN:

Click here to reset your PIN. This link is only good for 96 hours upon receipt of this email. You will be directed to a screen prompting you to select and answer security questions and create a PIN. Once you complete the requested information and click “Submit,” your account will be unlocked. You will now be able to update your claim for Reemployment Assistance. 

Please note that moving forward, to provide additional security measures for your account, you will be required to provide your Social Security number or claimant ID and your PIN to access your CONNECT account.

In an effort to ensure users have a positive experience utilizing the CONNECT system and are able to complete their tasks in a timely fashion, DEO has launched a Virtual Waiting Room for the CONNECT system. If the CONNECT system has met its maximum number of users when you try to log-in, you will enter the CONNECT Virtual Waiting Room providing you the opportunity to reserve your place in line while other claimants access the system. 

Please note that DEO will be conducting nightly maintenance to the CONNECT system to process claims and payments. CONNECT will be available from 8 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. We dedicate all system resources on Saturday and Sunday to processing payments, and the system will re-open on Monday morning.
