Policy Services
The Office of Early Learning strives to improve guidance and communication with early learning coalitions on program and fiscal requirements, as well as expectations for efficient, high-quality early learning programs. Staff provide support and technical assistance through guidance documents and rule development in collaboration with the Agency for Workforce Innovation's General Counsel's Office and other state agencies.
