Financial Administration and Budget Services Unit

The Financial Administration and Budget Services Unit works to plan, direct, coordinate, and administer the overall financial and budget process for the Agency for Workforce Innovation, Office of Early Learning. The unit staff provide oversight for state and federal grants and budgetary support to all our early learning coalitions and statewide contractors. The unit also monitors approved operating budgets, revenues, expenditures, and reconciliations to ensure effective and efficient financial management. Technical assistance and consultation services for early learning coalitions, statewide contractors, and OEL staff relating to fiscal operations, program compliance, and accounting issues are also provided by this unit.
