The Office of Early Learning would like for you to join us at the next Early Learning Advisory Council (ELAC) meeting.  The meeting will be on Thursday, December 11th and Friday, December 12th.

A sleeping room block has been reserved at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza. Please contact this hotel at (800) 228-9290 and reference that you are with the “Agency for Workforce Innovation” group block to obtain the rate of $129 per night. Reservations must be made by November 28, 2008 to be assured of the Early Learning rate.

Mel Jurado the Legislative Committee chair would like to have a Legislative conference call with all Early Learning Advisory Council (ELAC) members on October 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Due to the September ELAC meeting being cancelled she felt it was imperative to get input from all ELAC members on which Legislative priorities the council would like to propose for the 2009 Legislative Session.
