The department is in the process of providing digitally all-comprehensive plans and plan amendments reviewed for compliance by the department since 1988.  These plans should be available in the near future.

Log On Instructions

  1. Login to the Enterprise System
  2. Enter the following user ID: dcpuser@dca.state.fl.us
  3. Enter the following password: football
  4. Select "FloridaPAPERS" on the left-hand side of the screen
  5. Select "Enter FloridaPAPERS" on the left-hand side of the screen
  6. Select the FloridaPAPERS logo

Viewing Instructions:

  1. Select "File Room"
  2. Select a local government
  3. Select the review area (e.g., Plan, Amendment)
  4. Select the review item (e.g., Adopted or Proposed)

If the Document List space is blank, the department currently has no electronic files available for this local government. Please check back later to see if the document has been added to the FloridaPAPERS system.
