Are you a worker who has lost their job or had their hours or wages reduced because of foreign completion? If so, the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program can help!

This program provides resources like training, income support, job search allowances, and relocation allowances to help trade-affected workers find new jobs and acquire new skills. To qualify for group assistance, a Trade Act petition must be filed with the United States Department of Labor (USDOL). If you have any questions about the program or need help with filing a petition, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Navigation Leads at the Florida Commerce State Trade Program. We're here to help you get on your feet and find new opportunities.

Who are Florida’s TAA Petition Navigation Program Leads?

The Florida Commerce State Trade Program has dedicated Trade Act Petition Navigation staff. These subject matter experts coordinate and communicate with both trade-affected employers and employees to provide education and resources on the Trade Adjustment Assistance Program. Petition navigation staff assist trade-affected employers with the USDOL Trade Act petition process. With the appropriate information provided, petition navigation staff may file a petition on the behalf of an affected worker group.
